PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP LLC –
FOIAPOWER.COM
We the People hold that government exists to serve the governed — not the other way around.

Our Work
As a real, legally established business, Public Accountability Group LLC performs a vital community service:
Maintaining an accessible online archive where anyone can review the evidence for themselves.
Drafting and submitting FOIA requests to local, state, and federal agencies.
Publishing obtained records for public viewing, without distortion or concealment.
The right of the people to know what their government is doing, and to demand transparency, is not a privilege granted by those in power. It is a cornerstone of liberty, enshrined in our laws, defended by our history, and secured by our diligence.
Public Accountability Group LLC was founded by citizens for citizens — not as a mere business venture, but as a civic duty. We are the watchmen of our own liberty, using the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) as our lawful instrument to compel the disclosure of records, decisions, and actions taken by public servants in our name.
Our Membership
We are a community bound not by political party or profession, but by a shared conviction:
- That public service is a trust, not a shield from scrutiny.
- That every official action, whether honorable or corrupt, must bear the light of public review.
- That transparency is the lifeblood of a free society.

Our members are not passive observers. We are citizens who act —
filing FOIA requests, publishing the results, and making government records accessible to every member of the public.
Our Founder’s Resolve
This mission is personal. I, Rory Larkey, have witnessed corruption with my own eyes — in the very institutions entrusted to protect and serve the people. I have seen the misuse of authority, the concealment of truth, and the erosion of public trust.
Now is the time to hold them accountable.
Now is the time to use the utmost lawful power available to the citizen — the FOIA request — to force the record into the light and place the truth where it belongs: in the hands of the people.

Our Constitutional Spirit
In the spirit of the First Amendment and the enduring principle that government derives its just powers from the consent of the governed, we affirm:
Transparency is not a favor granted by public servants; it is a duty they owe to those they serve.
Public Accountability Group LLC stands as both a business and a civic guardian. We are the bridge between citizens seeking truth and the raw documentation that reveals it.
We are here to ensure that no question goes unanswered, no action remains hidden, and no abuse of power escapes the eyes of the people.
